Welcome to AGSB

We thank you for your interest in our teaching programs and hope that the following pages will give you an introduction to our institution and the business education we provide.
AGSB was established in September 1991 as a non-profit, private institution of higher education. The founding members recognized the needs of the existing student population and the educative demand for an American-paradigm offering undergraduate and graduate programs in business administration. A special emphasis on the existing cross-cultural commercial environment and the multilingual Swiss context is distinctive to AGSB's knowledge-based academic structure.
The location of the institution allows our students to pursue an American education with the added feasibility to observe and participate in the world of international relations (e.g., United Nations, World Trade Organization, International Labour Organization, International Trade Centre, World Health Organization). Nestled between the lakeside resort communities of Montreux and Vevey, in the heart of the Swiss Riviera, AGSB is positioned to enhance the quality and diversity of its academic programs through the region's commitment to the domain of international business.

March 22, 2011 Online degree programs at AGSB start May 2011 AGSB University is starting on-line degree programs (Distance Learning) in May 2011. The classes will be offered through a state-of-the-art on-line instruction delivery system.
