About us
CELTIS was founded in Zug, Switzerland in 2001 by our Managing Director, Ellen Keys-Baaij. With our business growth we expanded our operations to the Netherlands in 2006.
In our recruitment business, we specialize in connecting highly skilled IT and business personnel for contract and permanent positions with global clients across all industry sectors. As an IT Service provider, we provide IT consultancy, hands-on support and training.

Login/password protected area for managing your skills profile and CV uploads
Skills categorization using the same predefined skills criteria that our clients use in their candidate searches
Job alerts by e-mail for all positions matching your skills categories
Regular e-mail reminders for keeping your skills profile and CV up to date
For Recruiters:
Login/password protected area for conducting candidate searches using predefined skills criteria
On-line anonymized profile summaries for candidate shortlists from your searches
CV request submissions for selected candidates
The process:
Each specialist in our on-line database maintains their own skills profile and uploads their latest CV with the login/password we provide
Our clients perform candidate searches in the Recruiter area with their own personal login/password and can immediately view anonymised career/skills summaries for our top specialists
Our clients select a shortlist of candidates matching their skills criteria and submit a request on-line for their CVs
Once we have approval from a candidate we send the personal CV of a requested candidate
Following evaluation of submitted CVs, we assist our clients and candidates through the recruitment process from interview to job induction.
