Welcome to the Department of Informatics at the University of Fribourg! We are the only Swiss university department offering degrees in both Computer Science and Business Informatics.
Being tri-lingual is another specificity of our department. We use English, French, and German in our teaching as well as daily communication. This linguistic and cultural diversity leads to an enriching working atmosphere that we are particularly proud.
Bachelor : a Bachelor degree in Computer Science qualifies you to continue with the Master in computer science program. It also prepares you for a broad range of careers, for instance in banking, finance, management and major software houses. Read more ... ( french , german )
